By accessing or using the HomewatchIQ platform ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "Company") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. HomewatchIQ is a product of Stall Media Group.
HomewatchIQ provides a white-label home risk assessment widget that home watch companies may embed on their websites. The Platform enables homeowners to complete assessments and receive branded reports. HomewatchIQ is an independent technology platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any professional association, certification body, trade organization, or third party.
You are solely responsible for all content, images, logos, badges, trademarks, text, and other materials you upload, post, display, or transmit through the Platform ("User Content").
By uploading any content to the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
HomewatchIQ does not review, verify, or pre-screen User Content. The Platform makes no representations regarding the accuracy, validity, or legality of any uploaded content, including but not limited to association memberships, certifications, or credentials.
At the time of uploading any logo, badge, or credential image, Users must affirmatively confirm via checkbox that they have the legal right to display such content and accept full responsibility for its use. This confirmation is logged with timestamp and IP address.
HomewatchIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or connected to any professional home watch association, certification organization, trade body, or industry group. The display of any third-party logo, badge, or trademark on a User's profile page represents solely the User's own claim and does not constitute any endorsement, verification, or affiliation by HomewatchIQ. HomewatchIQ expressly disclaims any such affiliation.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HomewatchIQ, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
HomewatchIQ respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright or trademark rights, please submit a written notice to our designated DMCA Agent containing:

We will respond to valid takedown notices within 14 business days.
HomewatchIQ will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of Users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
HomewatchIQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the HomewatchIQ assessment widget ("Widget") solely for the purpose of embedding on your company website during your active subscription period. The Widget remains the exclusive intellectual property of Stall Media Group at all times.
Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, your license to use the Widget immediately terminates and the Widget will cease to function on your website. You are responsible for removing the Widget embed code from your website upon cancellation.
You may not modify, reverse engineer, copy, sublicense, or resell the Widget or any portion of the HomewatchIQ platform. All lead data captured through your Widget remains your property.
HomewatchIQ does not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted access to the Widget or platform. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but shall not be liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HomewatchIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any User Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
HomewatchIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any home watch professional association, including but not limited to the National Home Watch Association (NHWA), Home Watch Academy, or any other industry organization.
HomewatchIQ provides a self-service badge upload feature that allows home watch companies to display their own professional association or certification logos on homeowner reports. This feature is provided solely as a courtesy tool for companies to manage their own branding and credentials.
By uploading any association logo, certification badge, or third-party trademark, the home watch company ("User") represents and warrants that:
HomewatchIQ does not pre-screen, verify, approve, or endorse any badges uploaded by Users. The responsibility for ensuring proper authorization rests entirely with the User who uploads the badge. HomewatchIQ assumes no liability for any claims, disputes, or damages arising from a User's unauthorized or improper use of any third-party trademark or association logo.
Flood zone and risk data provided through HomewatchIQ is sourced from publicly available government databases. This information is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional insurance, legal, or engineering advice.
HomewatchIQ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
