How homeowners receive their report
After a homeowner completes the vulnerability assessment on your website, HomewatchIQ automatically emails them a branded Home Vulnerability Report. The email comes from HomewatchIQ (or your custom domain if you are on White Label Pro) and contains a link to view their full report.
What is in the report?
Every homeowner report includes:
- A vulnerability score out of 100
- Risk level (Low, Moderate, High, or Critical)
- Estimated financial exposure range
- FEMA flood zone data for their address
- Climate-specific risk cards for their region
- A personalized action checklist
- Your company logo, contact info, and CTA to hire you
How long are reports valid?
Reports are valid for 30 days from the date of completion. After 30 days the report link expires. Homeowners can complete a new assessment at any time.
How you receive leads
Every time a homeowner completes an assessment you receive an instant email notification containing:
- Homeowner name and contact info (email, phone)
- Property address
- Their risk score and risk level
- A link to view their full report
Managing leads in the dashboard
Go to My Leads in the left navigation to see all your leads. You can search, filter by risk level, and export to CSV.
Can homeowners download their report?
Yes. Every report has a "Download PDF" button that allows homeowners to save and share their report.
