What is white label?

White label means the widget and homeowner reports are fully branded with your company name, logo, and colors — not HomewatchIQ branding. Homeowners see your brand throughout the entire experience.

Setting up your branding

Go to Settings → White Label in your dashboard.

Brand Color

Choose your primary brand color using the color picker. This color appears on your widget, report headers, buttons, and score rings.

Company Logo

Upload your logo or enter a URL. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, WebP. Maximum file size: 2MB. Your logo appears in the report header and the CTA section at the bottom of every report.

Tip: Use a PNG with a transparent background for the best results on both light and dark backgrounds.

Hide HomewatchIQ Branding

White Label plans can hide the "Powered by HomewatchIQ" attribution from the widget. Toggle this option in the White Label settings.

Professional Badges

You can upload your professional association or certification badges to appear on homeowner reports. Go to Settings → Professional Badges to upload up to 3 badge images.

Important: Only upload badges for associations you are currently a member of and have the legal right to display. You must accept the trademark authorization disclaimer before uploading.

Email Settings

Customize the emails homeowners receive. Go to Settings → Email Settings to set:

White Label Pro: Send emails from your own domain instead of HomewatchIQ. See Custom Email Domain setup.
