What is HomewatchIQ?

HomewatchIQ is a white-label SaaS platform built specifically for home watch companies. It gives you a branded homeowner vulnerability assessment widget that you embed on your website to automatically capture leads and deliver professional reports.

How does it work?

  1. You embed a 2-line widget code on your website
  2. A homeowner visits your site and completes a 14-question vulnerability assessment (takes under 3 minutes)
  3. You receive an instant lead notification with their name, email, phone, address, and risk score
  4. The homeowner receives a branded professional Home Vulnerability Report by email

Setting up your account

Step 1 — Complete the setup wizard

After signing up, you will be taken through a setup wizard that covers your company profile, branding, and getting your embed code. The wizard takes about 5 minutes.

Step 2 — Add your logo and brand colors

Go to Settings → White Label to upload your company logo and set your primary brand color. These will appear on all homeowner reports.

Step 3 — Get your embed code

Go to Embed Code in the left navigation. Copy the 2-line snippet and paste it into your website before the closing </body> tag.

Step 4 — Test your widget

Visit your website and complete a test assessment to make sure everything is working correctly. You will receive a lead notification and the test homeowner will receive a branded report.

Tip: Use a personal email address for your test so you can see exactly what the homeowner experience looks like.

Where does the widget work?

The HomewatchIQ widget works on any website platform including WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Weebly, and any custom-coded website. If it has a </body> tag, the widget works.

How long does setup take?

Most companies are live in under 10 minutes. If you purchase the optional setup service, our team will install the widget and configure your branding for you.
