What is the setup service?
The HomewatchIQ setup service is an optional one-time fee of $149 that covers hands-on onboarding by our team. It is not required to use HomewatchIQ — most companies set up their account in under 10 minutes on their own.
What is included?
- Widget installation — we install the embed code on your website for you
- Branding setup — we upload your logo and configure your brand colors
- Custom landing page — we set up a dedicated landing page on your site for the assessment
- DNS configuration — for White Label Pro customers, we handle the DNS setup for custom email and report domains
How do I purchase the setup service?
The setup service is available during signup or at any time from Settings → Billing in your dashboard. Click "Purchase Setup Service" and complete the $149 payment.
How long does setup take?
Our team typically completes setup within 1 business day of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when everything is configured and ready.
Do I need access to my website?
Yes — we will need either login access to your website CMS (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.) or FTP/cPanel access. We will reach out via email after purchase to collect the necessary access details.
Note: The setup service is non-refundable once our team has begun work.
