What is the Contacts section?
The Contacts section is a unified view of all your leads and homeowners. Every person who completes your widget assessment automatically becomes a contact. You can also add contacts manually.
Adding a contact manually
Go to Contacts in your dashboard and click + Add Contact. Enter their name, email, phone, and address. This is useful for homeowners you meet in person or through referrals.
Contact detail view
Click any contact to open their full detail view, which includes:
- Contact info — email, phone, address, FEMA zone, risk score
- Quick actions — email, call, create proposal, view report
- Report analytics — how many times they viewed their report
- Overview tab — CRM status, notes, activity log
- Proposals tab — all proposals sent to this contact
CRM features
From the contact detail view you can:
- Set a CRM status — New, Contacted, Quoted, Won, Lost
- Add notes about the contact
- Log a call — record the outcome and notes
- Log an email — keep track of email conversations
- Add a task — create a to-do with a due date
- Schedule a follow-up — set a reminder to follow up
Report analytics
For contacts who came through your widget, you can see exactly when they viewed their vulnerability report, how many times they viewed it, and whether they clicked the contact CTA in the report. Contacts who have viewed their report 3 or more times are flagged as hot leads.
Searching and filtering
Use the search bar at the top of the Contacts page to search by name, email, or phone number.
