How the free trial works
Every new HomewatchIQ account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. A credit card is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged until day 15.
When does my card get charged?
Your card is charged automatically on day 15 of your trial. The amount depends on your plan:
- White Label — $79/month
- White Label Pro — $110/month
You do not need to do anything to continue — billing starts automatically.
How do I cancel before the trial ends?
To cancel before being charged, go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard and cancel your subscription before midnight on day 14. You will not be charged anything.
Trial banner in dashboard
While your trial is active, you will see a banner at the top of your dashboard showing how many days remain. The banner turns yellow at 7 days and red at 3 days to remind you the trial is ending.
Monthly billing
After the trial, you are billed monthly on the same date each month. There are no contracts — you can cancel at any time from your billing settings.
Annual billing
Annual billing is available at a 10% discount. White Label is $853/year (saves $95) and White Label Pro is $1,188/year (saves $132). Contact us at hello@homewatchiq.com to switch to annual billing.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, your account will be temporarily suspended. You will receive an email notification. Log in to update your payment method or contact us at hello@homewatchiq.com.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing to change your plan. Changes take effect on your next billing date.
